It is very unlikely that the salary for this post will meet the Home Office requirements for Tier 2 Visas.
As a Pre-registration (Foundation) Pharmacist you’ll receive expert support from your store team, the training team and your dedicated Buttercups tutor. In return, our patients will benefit from your empathy, patience and focus. Together we’ll continue to be the trusted and much-loved community Pharmacy we’ve been since 1969.
During the programme you’ll work in store with your Pharmacy team, spending time getting to know them and your patients too. At the same time, you’ll continue your training online and also attend study days with other Pre-reg Pharmacists with Paydens.
The Paydens Pre-registration training programme brings together a comprehensive series of study days, e-learning and webinars, which will prepare trainees for the new style registration assessment and life as a newly registered pharmacist.
At Paydens, we know how important it is to have a good support network and so we invite our trainees to a residential course twice a year where they can meet each other and other people who will support their career progression.
Our programme aims to create well-rounded Pharmacists who are ready to face a progressive career as a qualified Pharmacist, we will arrange for you to have cross-sector experience in a Hospital for two weeks and organise swaps with other branches to add to your diverse training experience.
Application Requirements: Degree in Pharmacy
Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks which includes bank holidays
Buttercups Training Programme - access to online learning and accredited trainer
Monthly Study Days and two residential courses
Other training including Management & leadership, Patient Safety and Professional Services
2.5 hours per week of independent Study Time
2 week Cross-sector Experience in Hospital
RPS fees paid and free BNF

The Buttercups Training Pre-reg Programme
Each trainee will attend a Buttercups Pre-registration Programme of Study days during the year.
The days are designed to support your placement and help prepare you for the registration assessment.
